Hi there, since this is device that you dip, loading concentrate into the cap won't be enough. The concentrate needs to make contact with thee coil in order to work. You can use all forms of concentrate with the Terp Pen. We recommend that you replace coils once every 1-2 months depending on use. If you manage to keep the coil clean it will last much longer. This can be done by using a dab tool, weekly cleaning, burn offs. Caps do not wear out and are available in the event you lose one. Also no problem Bas, we hope you have a great day!

This write up says the CFV has cooler vape at higher temps... I can only assume this is down to the cooling ability of the mouthpiece..... Given all the people out there modding their Tera Mouthpieces with Arizer Solo stems it would be really great if you would release a new Tera mouthpiece with enhanced cooling! I'd much rather have an official product than mod a solo or other stem!
