What are the minimum quantity requirements?
Batteries have a MOQ (minimum order quantity) of 5,000 units and the tanks have a MOQ of 3,000 units.
What if I need help with my logo?
No problem! Our BND Design Team can help with your logo or other artwork to make sure your products look just as you imagined (added cost may apply).
Do you offer a warranty for your products?
All BND products (batteries and tanks) have a 6 month warranty.
What can be customized on the products?
The logo, window, packaging and colors can be customized to match any pantone. Logos can either be laser etched or screen printed. Screen printed logos can be added to glass tanks.
Looking for even further customization? We can literally develop products from the ground up!
How long does it take to make my customized products?
It generally takes 1-2 months for most orders (depending on the project complexity, time of year and size of order).
