First off...I love this unit! In fact so much I bought a second one. However, the display never shuts off. I press the power button 5 times, it vibrates, the Boundless Icon shows, the screen goes black, and then seconds later the battery looks like its charging. It's not plugged in. It's not on. I put the batteries from the other Tera, and still the same thing. I even taken the batteries out over night, and as soon as I put them back in the charging battery icon appears. It never goes off. Help!

I love my Boundless Tera vape. I use it about five times/week. After about 16 months though the top came off...not the mouthpiece, but the whole top, control panel and all. I'm the only user, I didn't handle it rough, I didn't drop it, it just broke. So I came looking for warranty repair. Now the warranty shows its true colors. True...I didn't save the original packaging. I did not know at the time of purchase that putting the packaging in the trash actually voids the warranty...who knew? Anyway I intend to purchase a replacement Boundless Tera. Despite the warranty's technicality I still doubt I can do better than the Tera, plus I already have spare batteries and a charger. Remember warranty repair depends on you retaining the original packaging. I am still buying an identical replacement as soon as I submit these comments but I am slightly disappointed. If yours breaks similarly a very narrow zip tie can hold the top in place temporarily. I suspect the screws were over-torqued during assembly weakening the plastic and causing pre-mature failure of the top. See pic for zip tie placement.

Bought the Tera had it for less than a month before the power buttonstopped working. Contacted boundless about a refund or replacement, all they did was have me fill out rma form after rma form,but with no resolution. Bottom line their product stinks, and even worse they wont go good for it. Dont waste your money on boundless. Order from cloudious 9 they stand by their products!

First impressions was a great unit and worked great, the toke was pretty tight and long (15/20secs) great with replacement batteries but this unit didn't last long 6 weeks. 1 evening whilst asleep 3am it started auto firing, when I woke.. it was stuck in concentrate mode and non responsive fire button,only way to turn it off was remove the batteries, luckily for me I contacted the store who dealt with the warranty and offered a replacement unit. I didn't risk a new tera and bought alternative more expensive unit.

I couldn’t be happier with the way this company handles their customers or the way the make products I absolutely love the Tera everything I’ve had doesn’t come close to the terra and I’ve had volcanos deluxe daddy’s you name it and this is by far the best. Received my device, within a week the main power button was unresponsive preventing me from choosing when the device should turn on/off and heat up (Device was very well looked after), the device does heatup however when the batteries are inserted and will cool down at a random time between 1 second and the default sleep time on the device, the issue with this is that it is stuck in concentrate mode without the main power button. Sent off for a replacement on warranty, support were slow but with Corona this is expected. Received the replacement device over a month later after opening the ticket. A couple of days after having the replacement device, exactly the same issue, only now support are unresponsive to any messages/tickets and I'm stuck with two faulty devices that don't work. Looked online and saw that other unfortunate users have had the same issue. Wish I'd paid a bit more and gone for a different brand.

I started vaping weed maybe 5 years ago. I've owned a MFLB (magic flight launch box, as good as the Tera but less handy imo), Utilian 721 and in conduction -> APX, Airis Herborn I been using the Tera for 3 months now. I have an extra 2 batteries and for my usage (a good usage), Ill be able to get battery life for the whole day and switch batteries every day. That's VERY rare in the dry herb vapes world. This vape is super powerful and feels very sturdy. Comes with an awesome set of accessories (glass mouthpiece, water pipes mouthpiece, swivel mouthpiece...). The quantity, quality and potency of vapor you'll get is amazing but you may have to fight with a learning curve. I usually vape at 180c when I don't wanna get too high. 200c when I dont care. 165c when I wanna keep the amazing taste of it's pure convection oven. I finally found the BEST portable vaporizer for me. Plus imagine, the mouthpiece needs frequent cleaning but the oven always stay clean cause of the pure convection system. Why choosing something else? I highly recommend it. Please do yourself a favor and grab one. You won't regret it.

This vaporizer finally gave me the taste I've been hearing so much about for years. I find many strains that give up great flavor on the Tera at only 300 deg. F. Then I go up 20-30 degrees in succession to 428 deg. Battery life isn't the best, so I got 4 extras for traveling, etc. The concentrate pad works great for any form of concentrate. (I used pads from a Firefly since the Boundless pad isn't the best) It stays very clean. At the higher temps I use the universal water pipe adapter, which is also excellent! I don't need all the dozen or so previous flower & concentrate vaporizers I have, so on to craigslist for them.

Having owned a variety of high end vapes.. The mighty and the minivap.. The tera just surpasses them all.. Only thing I dislike is the fact if you use it outdoors your liable to lose the screen when refilling, but that's because the tera practically cleans its self as u go.. A great vape and it hasn't let me down in the 7 months I've owned it.. Love it
