Since we strive to offer the best and most convenient shipping services for you, we choose whichever shipping method is faster. Our carriers include but are not limited to: Fedex, UPS, and USPS.
How long does shipping take?
Orders that qualify for free shipping are shipped via a 3-5-day shipping method. Boundless offers free shipping to North American clients who spend over $100 or more. At the time of checkout, enter your address, and a list of available shipping methods will appear. Customers outside of North America are subject to different shipping costs and delivery time. International shipping takes about 7-10 business days. International orders may be subject to import charges and customs fees. Delivery times are estimates provided by shipping carriers and are estimated in business days. Tracking Your Package
Our business hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time. All orders placed before 3:00 PM Pacific Time are shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Pacific Time, will be shipped the following day. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays or on any USPS and UPS Holidays. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped and a tracking number will be included. You may enter your tracking number on your mail carrier’s website to follow up with any other shipping concerns.
