Cleaning and Maintenance Guide
Today we’’ll be teaching you how to clean your CFC LITE! Be sure to grab some isopropyl alcohol, cotton swabs, any cleaning tools, and your favorite herb. Now, let’s get started!
Disassemble the CFC Lite for Cleaning
The first thing we’ll want to do in order to clean our CFC LITE is begin disassembling it by just taking off the mouthpiece.
Now an important note that we’ll want to take here is if our screen is looking a bit dirty or it’s been a long time since we replaced it. If that’s the case, you’ll want to go ahead and take that out before we begin the cleaning process.
Brushing Out the Heating Chamber
Next you’ll begin to take the brush and clean out the inside of the oven. Then you’ll want to do the same thing with the mouthpiece after doing so to the oven. Also, if you see any extra crumblies in there just go ahead and tap it to the side a few times. Any extra flower should fall out very easily with some light taps. Did you forgot to take out your dirty screen? No worries, this would be a great time to do so if it’s been a minute since you have.
Cleaning the Bowl with Isopropyl Alcohol
Now you’ll want to take a isopropyl soaked cotton swabs and just begin to clean the inside of the oven. You’ll want to do the same thing to the mouthpiece next in order to make sure the entire inside out the unit is sanitized. To note, you’ll want to make sure this dries out well before you toke on your next session. This is because we don’t want to taste the isopropyl alcohol that may now have full evaporated from the cleaning process yet. Next you’ll do the same thing to the inside of the mouthpiece.
Wiping the Outside of the CFC Lite
Then you’ll want to take a cotton pad and just go along the outside in order to clean the buttons and the outside of the unit. We do this in order to make sure we’re sanitizing our unit from time to time. It’s a great habit to do after some time of general use, especially with the CFC LITE being so small and convenient.
We like to take it on the go often so it’s important to clean it every now and then so we can get more longevity out of the unit. Also we want to be sure we’re not leaving behind any cotton fibers throughout the units cleaning process.
Now all you have to do is reassemble and enjoy. Just getting started with your CFC LITE? Check out our video below on how to get your sesh started here. If you have any cleaning questions be sure to let us know in the comments down below.
