General Information
How do I turn on my device?
If you have a Boundless Tera, CFX, CF, CFV, CFC Lite and Vexil, click the 'POWER' button five times in consecutive order to power 'ON' and 'OFF'.
If you have a Boundless Terp Pen or Terp Pen XL, the sensor is activated by inhaling through the mouthpiece. Essentially, the device will ONLY heat once you begin inhaling.
What is the best way to keep my Boundless unit clean?
Always empty the chamber right after use. This allows the herb to fall right out of the chamber and prevents any resin from cooling down and sticking to the chamber. We also suggest using a cotton swab, that has been dipped in isopropyl alcohol, to rub off any residue that still may be left behind after their session. Wipe with the dry end of the cotton swab immediately and let air dry before next use.
We recommend cleaning the Terp Pen or Terp Pen XL weekly. Depending on how much you consume you may need to clean a little more regularly. To clean, screw off the body sleeve; this will reveal the battery casing and coil. Using isopropyl alcohol and a paper towel, rub off any buildup that may be in this area. You can also remove the coil to also wipe away any excess residue.

Can I use isopropyl alcohol to clean my Boundless unit?
Isopropyl alcohol and alcohol wipes are recommended to be used on the units mouthpieces but not on the exterior body of the unit. This may cause damage to the outer coating of the device. Be advised to only soak mouthpiece tips in isopropyl alcohol for no more than 15 minutes; always rinse then set to dry after.
*Mouthpieces can be further disassembled and soaked in hot/warm water. It is recommended to run a session without any material as this will burn off any residuals from the alcohol.
Is packing discreet?
We package all of our parcels in plain unmarked bubble mailers with no brand markings or logos, intended for very discrete shipping.
What materials are our products made from?
Boundless Technology products, including the CF and CFC 2.0, are manufactured using food and medical-grade materials. The raw materials used are tested by our manufacturer to ensure quality and safety for consumption.
Our Terp Pen devices are made from stainless steel and have nichrome wiring/wrap around the coil.

Whats are the differences between a dry herb and concentrate, unit?

With a new year comes change! We are pleased to announce we are making some positive changes internally and have therefore restructured some of our policies. We will continue to strive to provide the most efficient vaporizers on the market taking pride in our ease of use and affordability.
UPDATED WARRANTY POLICY
Boundless Technology guarantees a limited manufacturer warranty for authentic Boundless products. The warranty is valid for a period of 1-year from the original purchase date. Please note we will only directly handle all warranty claims if purchased from our online retail site: https://bndlstech.com/. For items purchased from an official Boundless reseller/distributor, warranties will still be honored, however, you will need to contact your original seller. If you have any questions we’d be happy to help out and clear up any confusion.
The warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and covers electronics, ceramic heating chamber, and structural integrity.
PLEASE NOTE:
● Batteries have a 30 day warranty
● All Coils have no warranty
● Any Device packaging that states it has a 3-year warranty on it, Boundless will honor the 3-year warranty starting from the time of purchase. THIS IS ONLY IF IT IS STATED ON THE PACKAGING

● Physical damage. Example: Drops to the product.
● Any liquid damage on or in the unit.
● Dropped, dipped or submerged in water. Water damage is not covered.
● Any type of modifications made to the product.
● Any attempts to repair the product on their own.
● A clog issue related to the maintenance or lack thereof of the device.
● Storing the device incorrectly.
● If the customer misuses the unit. Example: loading wax or oils without using the
concentrate pods.
● Charging the unit on a nonstatic-free surface.
● Does not cover any type of cosmetic damage/issues.
● The defect falls out of the 1-year purchase date
● If items asked for the warranty are not provided
CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?
Boundless Technology strives to provide all customers with a satisfactory experience. Boundless Technology honors a 30-day unused return/exchange policy. Proof of purchase or order number is required to exchange or return an item. Only items that have been purchased from our online retail site may be returned. If the item you request to exchange is of greater value than the original item you purchased, you must pay the difference. Conversely, if the unit you exchange for is of lesser value than the original unit you purchased, you will be refunded the difference. Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to return or exchange used products.
If the customer purchased the unit from one of our trusted resellers they must process the exchange or return via the reseller. How do I begin the warranty process?
Boundless Technology will honor all warranty claims purchased on the bndlstech.com website. In addition, we will honor the warranties from customers who purchase from our trusted resellers. Items sold on Amazon or eBay are not covered under our warranty agreement and unfortunately are not eligible for repair or replacement.

What does the warranty not cover?
In some cases Boundless Technology will not honor the warranty in the following cases:
- If the customer misuses the unit (Example: loading wax or oils without using the concentrate pods, cracks on the unit).
- Physical damage (Example: drops the product).
- Any liquid damage on or in the unit.
- Customer performs any type of modifications.
- Attempts to repair the device on their own.
- If the customer fails to return the defective device.
If I’m getting a replacement, can I pay the difference to get a better device?
Unfortunately, there is no current option to pay a difference to upgrade a RMA device.
What if I do not have the BL code because I threw away the box?
If the customer does not have the BL security code we ask that the customer provide proof of purchase.
Do I need a receipt?
For the RMA process, we need proof of purchase. A screenshot, photo of receipt, an email will all work as proof. If no receipt is available we ask for the scratch-off BL security code that is located on the actual box the unit came in.

Tracking your package
Our business hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays or on any USPS and UPS holidays. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped and a tracking number will be included. Once the package comes in possession of the mail carrier we cannot provide any further detailed updates. You may enter your tracking number on your mail carrier's website to follow up with any other shipping concerns. If for any reason you are having issues or there is a delay with your shipment we ask that you please contact USPS at their toll-free number is 800-275-8777.

Currently, we only offer one flat rate shipping.

Is there free shipping?
Free shipping is offered for all purchases over $100 USD which are purchased within the U.S.
Can I reroute my shipment once shipped?
Once the package has been dispatched we are unable to reroute the shipment.
Can I request faster shipping?
We only offer one standard shipping rate at the moment and do not expedite or overnight any shipments.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping within the U.S. takes on average 2-5 business days. International shipments take 5-12 business days and may be subject to import charges and customs fees. . Please note, shipping times during the holiday season tend to take longer due to the influx of shipments during the peak season. Once dispatched we are unable to give shipping updates and will need to be communicated directly with the shipping carrier.
Questions related to herb units
How fine should I grind my herb?
A medium to fine grind is preferred. This is a good starting point as some users prefer finely ground material while others do not grind at all.
How much material should I load into the chamber?
For a personal session, 0.1 - 0.2 of a gram is a good start for those not familiar or who are light users. Heavy users generally consume more; we recommend loading no more than 0.5 of a gram into any of the Boundless units at one time. This could restrict airflow and lead to an unpleasant experience.
How do I know what temperature to use?
The choice of temperature is completely up to you, however, the general rule of thumb; lower temperatures are used to pick up on terpene profiles while the higher the temperature the more cloud production visible. We recommend starting off at 375 F and working your way to your perfected setting.
How do you change the temperature in the CF?
Click the power button 3 times in succession to change to the next temperature level.
What does it mean when all the lights are rapidly flashing blue in the CF?
Rapidly flashing blue lights in the CF usually indicates a battery is low. It could also be a sign of a defect if the lights do not go away after charging.
What does it mean when all the lights are rapidly flashing red and green in the CF?
Rapidly flashing red and green lights in the CF is a definite sign of a defect.
My Tera is at stuck 500F
The Tera has 2 modes; herb and concentrate. To switch modes click the power button 3 times.
Questions related to concentrate units
How to use the mesh pad for concentrates on the Tera?
To use the mesh pad place the concentrate right on top and try to spread it out evenly. When ready, carefully place into the back into the chamber with the concentrate still spread on top.
How to change to concentrate mode with the Tera?
Click the power button 3 times in succession to change it into and out of concentrate mode.
Why isn’t my Terp Pen XL is holding a charge?
If your Terp Pen XL isn’t charging you can try to reset it. To do so trying charging with the coil unscrewed for at least four hours. If after performing a reset it still is not holding a charge please contact us for further assistance.
My Terp Pen keeps flashing blue?
If your Terp Pen is flashing blue that is an indication of a low battery and will need to be charged.
